  • Try Tai Chi Workshop — Free

    • This free workshop is designed for those who wish to know more about what Tai Chi Chuan is, want to meet our teachers, would like an example of how we present Tai Chi Chuan in our classes, or just want to try Tai Chi to see what it is like.

24-Posture Standard (Beijing) Form

We offer five different 24-Posture Standard Form classes. Four are appropriate for beginning and ongoing students and one is designed for intermediate and higher students. Each meets once per week over a five week block. Signing up for one allows you to attend any or all of the others at no additional charge.

Yang 108-Posture Long Form

We offer a beginning course, an intermediate course, and a weekly refinement/practice session. The intermediate course assumes the student is familiar with either the fundamental principles of Tai Chi or the sequence of postures in the 108-Posture form. Registering for either class allows you to attend the other for no additional charge. The weekly refinement/practice session is open to everyone and focuses on the Long Form. but periodically includes practice in Zhuang, Qigong, Sword, Buddha Tai Chi, and a Bagua Zhang “Black Dragon” form.

Other

We are offering a class on a basic internal “Tai Chi” form that comes from the Buddhist tradition and was taught to us by Master Lily Qin after she returned from one of her trips to China.
