  • Tuition
    • We charge $70 per block of classes and practice sessions are by donation. Donations above the $70 amount will help to offset recent large increases in our rent.
    • Signing up for one class allows you to attend all other classes at no additional charge.
    • We are willing to work with student tuition costs on a case-by-case basis.

Classes

24-Posture Standard (Beijing) Form

We offer five different 24-Posture Standard Form classes. Four are appropriate for beginning and ongoing students and one is designed for intermediate and higher students. Each meets once per week over a five week block.

24 – Posture Form: Beginning Level

Yang Style 108-Posture Long Form

We offer two on-going classes in the long form and a weekly refinement/practice session. We recommend new students in the classes have some prior experience with Tai Chi. The weekly refinement/practice session is open to everyone and focuses on the Long Form. but periodically includes practice in Zhuang, Qigong, Sword, Buddha Tai Chi, and a Bagua Zhang “Black Dragon” form.

Saturday Practice Session

Saturday Morning 8:30am-10:00am (Bryan).

Always includes at least two repetitions of the 108. Depending on interest, also can include Buddha, Bagua, Sword, Push Hands, and/or various Qigong sets.

Other

We are currently offering a class on a basic internal “Tai Chi” form that comes from the Buddhist tradition.
