2019 Summer Practice Schedule
- There is no charge for attending practice sessions although we gladly accept donations.

- Our next block of classes will begin in September. The schedule will be very similar to the 2019 Spring Schedule currently posted on our website and the actual Fall schedule will be posted no later than mid-August.
Buddha (Cha’an) Tai Chi
Monday Evening: 5:30pm – 6:45pm (Jeffrey)
The Monday evening “Buddha” session meets all summer.
24 – Posture Tai Chi Form: Beginning Level
Tuesday Morning 10:30am – 11:45am (Roy)
The Tuesday morning session meets all summer. Beginners are welcome.
This session focuses on extending students’ abilities by working on Tai Chi basics rather than repeating a particular form.
Thursday Evening: 6:00pm – 6:45pm (Kat)
The Thursday evening session meets all summer except for July 25. Beginners are welcome.
Saturday Afternoon: 12:00pm – 1:15pm (Jeffrey)
The Saturday session meets all summer. Beginners are welcome.
24 – Posture Tai Chi Form: Intermediate Level
Wednesday Morning: 10:30am – 11:45am (Bobbi)
The Wednesday morning session meets all summer but is geared for students who already have a background in Tai Chi.
Yang Style 108-Posture Tai Chi Long Form
Wednesday Evening: 6:00pm-7:15pm (Sid)
The Wednesday evening session meets all summer except for July 17.
Saturday morning: 10:30am-11:45am (Jeffrey)
This Saturday morning session meets all summer.
Saturday Morning 108 and more Session
Saturday Morning 8:30am-10:00am.
This session always includes at least two repetitions of the 108. Depending on interest, it also can include Buddha, Bagua, Sword, Push Hands, and/or various Qigong sets.
